Jason and Kelli Kolich opened 1889 in 2016 to bring authentic Neapolitan wood-fired pizza to KC—each 12-inch pie handmade to order and fired to perfection. Beyond pizza, they offer shared plates like bruschetta and meatballs, host pizza and mozzarella classes, and feature live music on Fridays. The patio is dog-friendly and perfect for families, with catering and private events available.
