My Drink Spot is a free guide to bars and restaurants across the Kansas City metro. By using the site (or our app), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information can be wrong
Hours, specials, events, and prices change constantly and are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep listings accurate (see how our data works), but a venue may have changed its hours, ended a special, or closed since we last checked. Confirm with the venue before making a special trip. We're not responsible for decisions made based on listing information.
Drink responsibly
This site is about places that serve alcohol, and it's intended for adults of legal drinking age. Never drink and drive.
Accounts
Creating an account is optional and free; it lets you save spots across devices. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may close accounts used to abuse the site. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time — see our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempting to break, overload, or scrape it in bulk; no submitting false corrections or content; no using it for anything unlawful. Venue corrections you submit may be used to improve listings.
Our content & third parties
The site's design, text, and branding belong to My Drink Spot. Venue names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners; listing a venue doesn't imply the venue endorses us. Links to venue websites, maps, and social pages take you to services we don't control. Sponsored placements are always labeled “Sponsored.”
Liability & changes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Drink Spot isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. We may update these terms as the site evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
