Ate1Six started in 2019 when co-owners Moon and Chica decided to share their homemade Kansas City BBQ recipes with the world via food truck. They're known for smoked brisket, smoked beef dogs, and burgers on quality buns, plus homemade sides like potato salad and baked beans. The truck is family-friendly, has a patio, takes reservations, and handles catering for corporate events, weddings, and parties across the KC area.
