The Blue Room is the American Jazz Museum's working jazz club in the Historic 18th & Vine District, named after the famed 1930s Street Hotel lounge where Jackie Robinson once stayed. Live jazz happens most nights—Mondays feature jam sessions with local and national talent, while Friday happy hour and Saturday sets draw crowds for $10 cover charges (members often get in free). The room hosts over 20 shows monthly and keeps things casual: no dress code beyond shoes and a shirt, no age restrictions.
