Brad and Cara's family-owned nano-brewery opened in 2021 in historic downtown Belton, brewing hand-crafted beers and seltzers in the former Cass County library building. They lean into the local history—the namesake references Carrie Nation's prohibition-era hatchet and her Belton burial—while keeping things light with beer names like Dewey Decimal IPA. Corn hole and Wednesday bingo with Mary's Mountain Cookies make it a genuinely welcoming spot for families and regulars alike.
