Chewology brings contemporary Taiwanese comfort food to Westport, drawing on chef Katie's family memories of dumpling-folding and street-market flavors while incorporating ingredients from local Midwest farms and makers. Dumplings are foundational to the menu, but you'll also find inventive baos, noodles, and cocktails designed to complement the food.
