Chewology brings contemporary Taiwanese comfort food to Westport, drawing on chef Katie's family memories of dumpling-folding and street-market flavors while incorporating ingredients from local Midwest farms and makers. Dumplings are foundational to the menu, but you'll also find inventive baos, noodles, and cocktails designed to complement the food. The spot is James Beard Award–semifinalist–recognized and has earned Kansas City Magazine's Restaurant of the Year, and it welcomes families and groups who want to reserve a table.
