Chef Jacob Kruger's smash burger concept started as a small operation inside Dodson's Bar and Commons before expanding to this Crossroads brick-and-mortar location. Fresh ground beef, house-made pickles, griddle-grilled onions, and their own sauce come together on a buttered soft potato bun—nothing fancy, just done right. They also serve tater tots and fries, and 100 percent of tips go straight to the kitchen team.
