Earl's Premier is a coastal-influenced neighborhood spot in East Brookside built around an impressive raw bar that rotates oysters from top East and West Coast farms like Maine Oyster Co. and Island Creek. Beyond the oysters and classic American fare, they pour a dynamic wine list and keep a fully-covered heated patio (open April–October) ready for both everyday dining and private events, and they take reservations for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday.
