Fringe Beerworks is Lee's Summit's first brewery, opened by co-founders Eddie Pease and Mark Myers after years of perfecting their craft. Their Lee's Summit taproom serves hot dogs braised in-house beer alongside their own pours, a food-beer pairing you won't find anywhere else from them. The spot regularly hosts events like music bingo and keeps things lively with promotions and specials.
