Brian and Jacquie Hove opened KoZak's in 2012 to build a better life for their family — the restaurant's name comes from their two sons, Kobe and Zach. They focus on made-from-scratch American food at reasonable prices, locally sourced beers and wines, and custom desserts that change weekly. The patio spot welcomes families and handles reservations for groups, plus they run regular happy hours and special events like Friday Night Flights.
