Lotawana Brewing Company brews traditional-style ales and lagers alongside its newly opened Duck Haus, a German-American scratch kitchen focused on shareables and charcuterie boards designed for grazing. The brewhouse hosts live music on the patio, including First Wednesday bluegrass sessions, and The Duck Haus draws inspiration from early 20th-century duck hunting cabins with bourbon, rum, and tequila cocktails made with house infusions and smoke.
