Minsky's
6921 Tomahawk Road, Prairie Village, KS
Minsky's has been slinging Kansas City style pizza since 1976, hand-rolling dough fresh multiple times daily and topping it with house-made sauce and Wisconsin mozzarella shredded in-house. Beyond pizza, they serve salads, sandwiches, burgers, wings, and pasta, with gluten-free and dairy-free options available. The Prairie Village location welcomes families and offers a patio for those who want to eat outside.
