The Phoenix is one of downtown KC's oldest jazz and blues clubs, still going strong after 25 years with live music six nights a week and a solid food menu. You'll find everything from jazz and blues to soul, with regulars like Chloe McFadden on Thursdays and open jam sessions throughout the month, plus Sunday brunch sets and a first-Monday open-mic poetry night.
