Sinclair's has been a Blue Springs fixture since 2014, drawing crowds for trivia nights, Chiefs games, and a solid menu of lunch specials that rotate daily. The bar and grill handles everything from catering to private parties, and there's a daily happy hour from 3–7pm with wells and domestics at $3.50.
