The husband-and-wife team behind Table Ocho opened their Old Town Lenexa spot in 2013 with eight seats per dinner and one seating nightly. Menus shift with the season and what farmers bring in, drawing on the owners' travels and experiences rather than following a fixed formula. Reservations get you an intimate production-kitchen experience where the focus is as much on the people around the table as the food itself.
