Chef Jonathan Justus and Camille Eklof, the duo behind Justus Drugstore, opened The Parker Hollow in a restored 150-year-old building in downtown Parkville. The spot does sustainable seafood—oysters, clams, and coastal plates—plus land-based dishes like hanger steak, with a raw bar downstairs and intimate dining upstairs. Retractable windows frame sweeping views, and the vibe walks that line between refined and relaxed. Spanish wine by the glass runs seven bucks.
