Tin Kitchen fills the old Rumpel Hardware building in Weston's historic district with pecan-wood-smoked barbecue—ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and chicken slow-smoked up to 16 hours—plus grilled meats, Southern sides, and fresh salads. The restored 1842 space keeps its original pressed-tin ceilings and walls, while TK2, the attached public house, serves craft beers, wine, spirits, and cocktails alongside sports on the screens.
